PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Title: PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Type: Contract

Required Skills:

• PeopleSoft Payroll: Deep understanding of the entire pay cycle, including setup, end to end processing, and reporting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools like Application Engine(Integration/Process), SQR and PeopleSoft Query. Ability to review and modify code (e.g., retrofitting).
• Data Review:
• Payroll Check to Check comparison
• To review all mass uploads(Time Attendance , Adhoc uploads etc) come into Payroll and export from payroll
• Oracle HCM Integration: Experience integrating PeopleSoft Payroll with Oracle HCM modules is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and provide effective temporary and permanent solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary support for PeopleSoft Payroll functional activities.
• Review and modify PeopleSoft code as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues.
• Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure smooth operations.

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong technical and functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll and Core HR
• Experience working in a complex payroll environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience on Contract modules will be a great add on
