What It's Like

The team works at the intersection of data and business strategy, driving key decisions through insightful analysis and innovative full stack development. We translate business needs into technical solutions, focusing on the development of network applications, data analysis, and business process optimization.

What You'll Do

As a Business Analyst - Full Stack Developer intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on projects that drive the future of Access Network Development (A.N.D) analytics platforms. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and develop applications and tools that provide meaningful insights to the team. Your contributions will directly impact how we approach data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners to gather and document requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.

  • Design and develop full stack applications, including front-end interfaces and back-end APIs.

  • Analyze data to create dashboards and visualizations that support business intelligence and decision-making.

  • Assist with the development and optimization of data pipelines for seamless data access and processing.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that have immediate business impact.


What It Takes

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.

  • Experience with back-end development in Python, Java, or Node.js, and building APIs.

  • Familiarity with SQL databases and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.

  • A collaborative spirit, self-starter attitude, and a desire to innovate and learn.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.

  • Passion for the wireless industry and technology innovations.


Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
