Role/Responsibilities

• To assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application portfolio optimization for gap analysis
• Creation of solution and architectural views (logical| conceptual| development| execution| infrastructure & operations architecture)
• To study and define system requirements addressing stakeholder| portfolio concerns
• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new and emerging products/technologies

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

• 15+ years of IT experience and at least 5 years in a DevOps/SRE Consulting and implementation role
• At least 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring DevOps / SRE teams
• Ability to mine opportunities and convert opportunities to tangible assignments / projects
• Previous experience of providing advisory services for maturing DevOps and SRE practices for enterprise customers
• Ability to infuse automation through GenAI solutions for DevOps and SRE areas
• Experience driving technical workshops with technical and business clients to drive value added services and implementations
• Ability to travel to address customer needs, focused within the region

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $ 121,000per year

Pay Range Maximum: $ 248,600 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
