Reporting to the Director, Digital Strategy Transformation & Delivery, Finance. The Manager, Finance Business Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Finance modules. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, technical expertise in SAP, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective use of the SAP system.

Reporting to the Director, Digital Strategy Transformation & Delivery, Finance. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, technical expertise in SAP, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective use of the SAP system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with stakeholdersto identify business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions.
- Configure and test SAP Finance modulesto align with business processes.
- Develop and maintain documentationof SAP Finance processes, configurations, and specifications.
- Work closely with the IT teamto ensure smooth integration with other systems.
- Provide user training and supportfor SAP Finance applications.
- Analyze and resolve SAP finance-related issuesand problems.
- Ensure compliancewith financial regulations and standards in the SAP system.
- Manage data integration, migration, and reporting activities to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
- 5+ years of experience in any of the following finance functions: Financial Planning; Management/Statutory Reporting; Accounting Standard; Costing; Consolidation; Treasury and Tax
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- Previous experience as SAP Finance Business Analyst or similar role
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment
- A strong analytical ability needed to interpret the user community's needs and translate these into application requirements
- Ability to work collaborative with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- SAP certification in FICO or Central Finance is a plus.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Percentage of travel time expected: approx. 20%
- Office work environment
- Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
- This role is eligible for relocation
