We are seeking an experienced Proposal Coordinator/Business Development Support who is organized and energetic, with superb interpersonal skills for our State & Local government practice.
PROPOSAL Coordinator:
As a Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in evaluating solicitations and other proposal opportunities in order to lead the process of preparing and submitting successful proposals
- Developing responsive, compliant, and compelling Proposal responses to solicitations, including RFPs, RFIs and RFQs, as well as internal business development support
- Translating solicitation requirements into the form necessary to facilitate the development of compliant proposal response templates
- Managing the proposal development and production schedules, keeping the team and management informed of changes as they occur
- Developing proposal compliance matrixes and ensuring all solicitation responses/proposals fulfill published requirements
- Assisting in developing and reviewing proposal strategies and themes
- Reviewing storyboards to ensure they address requirements and meet and customer page limits
LeadingSupporting the proposal writing efforts and/or identifying subject matter experts who can effectively contribute to the proposal response efforts- Ensuring all responses clearly convey the proper key messages, value propositions and differentiators, including leading all color reviews on proposals
- Supporting the preparation all proposals documents for delivery and submittal
- Generall supporting full-cycle proposal management, from pre-proposal through proposal submission, including the preparation of cost proposals; coordinating all proposal inputs, coordinating with authors and graphics/technical SMEs and final proposal assembly and quality assurance
- Creating a standard proposal response library in support of establishing company-wide and/or specific business unit proposal tools and templates
- Developing graphical concepts for proposals
- Monitoring notification services and other resources for the release or pending release of potential RFPs
- Attending bidders’ conferences either by video conferencing or in person when required
- Completing other marketing and business development related duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE:
- B.A. in Business, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or similar field in preparation for Proposal tasks and/or 4+ years of proposal experience preferred within a State and Local Government contracting environment
- Experience in all size organizations, and an emphasis in Health and Human Services and technology, consulting in technology services and solutions is preferred
