What you'll be doing:
Join our dynamic team in Santa Clara as an ATE Hardware and Software Maintenance Engineer! In this pivotal role, you'll dive into our ATE labs, troubleshooting testers and configuring hardware to meet diverse product testing requirements. You'll collaborate with various teams and vendors to resolve computer network, software, and tester hardware issues. Your expertise will directly enhance our lab's efficiency and productivity, making a significant impact on our operations.

The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You'll collaborate with various teams and vendors to resolve computer network, software, and tester hardware issues. Your expertise will directly enhance our lab's efficiency and productivity, making a significant impact on our operations.
- Maintain our NPI lab Advantest 93000 testers' HW/SW.
- Troubleshoot any tester-related issues, reconfigure and install new testers or new tester instruments.
- Work on Linux OS and Advantest SW installation and upgrading.
- Work on regular tester calibration. knowing the calibration procedure is a plus.
- Help on asset procurement and management.
What we need to see:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of hands on experience in ATE maintenance.
- Have a good understanding of Advantest 93000 system like tester head configuration, tester power, and cooling system.
- Knowledge and experience of working on Linux workstation network and user account setup.
- This job will need cross function collaboration, good communication skill is a requirement.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Completed the Advantest 93K HW maintenance training class and has certificate of ATE smart scale tester maintenance.
- working experience in ATE lab to service and trouble shoot ATE related issues
