Important Note: Position will be remote. Position may require team members to come into the office for scheduled meetings, and there may be unscheduled requests with seventy-two (72) hour notice.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
Perform organization change management work as a member of the IT Project Management Office, supporting one or more projects concurrently. Develop and execute successful project-level change strategies, including the measurement of change readiness and long-term sustainability, to maximize adoption and usage of required changes due to a large-scale system implementation. Assist in planning and designing business processes; assist in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities and assist managers with planning change activities as they support their teams through transition. Anticipate necessary changes related to training, communications, stakeholder buy-in, and behavioral change to facilitate successful implementation of software applications and systems. Collaborate with technical and business team members to develop and implement a strategy to support adoption of required changes. Participate in activities, including communicating change, conducting studies and analyses to assess change impact, identifying and mitigating resistance to change. Plan and lead meetings. Maintain rigorous OCM check points and create relevant metrics to measure the success of implemented change. Provide organizational change management assistance to project managers by documenting plans, schedules, status reports, and/or change requests. Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.
Performs other duties as assigned to maintain operations.
