We are a dynamic and fast-paced trading environment seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst. This role is perfect for someone with a strong desire to learn and actively contribute to the end-to-end system testing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the testing process in compliance with the Quality Assurance testing plan.
• Manage, enhance, and update proprietary automated testing tools and environments to ensure smooth operations.
• Proactively participate in the review of functional and interface specifications for test planning and case generation.
• Develop and validate test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Track test case failures, manage remediation efforts, and validate results.

Organizational Structure:

• Report to the Trading System Development management team.
• Collaborate with QA leads and team members.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Quality Assurance testing processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in LINUX command line interface and shell scripting languages such as Bash.
• Experience with CI/CD or DevOps tools like Jenkins for setting up and managing build jobs.
• Knowledge of other scripting languages like Python or Perl is a plus.
• Experience in testing Equities/Options/Futures trading applications is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dynamic, organized, and a responsible team player.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software QA/testing.
• 3+ years of experience with automated testing tools.
• 1+ years of experience in a trading environment is a plus.
