Trigyn has a long-term contract opportunity for Help Desk Analyst with our direct client - a major utility services firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Details on the role are listed below:

Note: This assignment is five days on-site, in Philadelphia, PA.

Minimum skills and experience:
? Minimum 2 years of experience working in single point of contact help desk.
? Experience using GroupLink's Everything Helpdesk and Jira?s Service Management application.
? Strong customer service skills; telephone etiquette.
? Good team-oriented interpersonal skills.
? Good organizational skills.
? Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Good oral and written communications skills (technical and non-technical).
? Strong understanding of the ACD system and trouble ticket process.
