- This is a L2 Support Role.
- Need to have extensive experience on MS Dynamics/CRM Applications, Power Automate, Works Flows, Solutions, Java Script, JQuery, Function Apps, Logic Apps.
- Need to have experience on Trouble shooting in on call Support.
- Need Microsoft Azure Applications Experience.
- This role is based on Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, So candidates need to have experience in all three at least 2 years.
- This is a Production Support role, As they do not need to Design or develop anything for now, If the candidate has Developing experience, that should be only about 2 years.
- They need to be ready for after working hours On call support, This will be on Weekly Basis.
- This is a Remote Role position, But needs the candidates only from EST.
- They need 5-7 Years of total experience candidates
