Job Title: SAP Project Manager - Migration Expert (Sage to SAP/Microsoft Dynamics)
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a high-profile migration project from Sage to SAP or Microsoft Dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementation, migration, and project management. The successful candidate will ensure a seamless transition, minimizing disruptions and ensuring business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Management:
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
2. Migration Expertise:
- Assess current Sage system and identify migration requirements.
- Develop migration strategy and roadmap for SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
3. SAP Implementation:
- Configure and implement SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD).
- Integrate SAP with existing systems and third-party applications.
4. Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop contingency plans and ensure business continuity.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage project team members, including SAP consultants and technical resources.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and skills development.
6. Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
7. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct testing, training, and documentation.
Requirements:
1. 10+ years of experience in SAP project management, implementation, and migration.
2. Proven track record of successful SAP migrations from Sage or similar systems.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.).
4. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems.
5. Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
