- Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a NOC Technician to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a motivated and technically proficient individual for a NOC/Desktop Support Technician position. This role requires a baseline understanding of troubleshooting in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment or Tier 2-3 Desktop Support and Helpdesk experience. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and ready to take on challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:- Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a Tier 2 or 3 Desktop Support/Helpdesk role OR at least one (1) year of experience in a Network Operations Center.
- Ability to log into servers and troubleshoot basic issues.
- A+ certification or equivalent experience.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Confidence in asking questions and collaborating with team members.
- Willingness to work either the swing shift (3:30 PM-11:30 PM) or the grave shift (11:00 PM-9:00 AM).
PLUSES:- Experience working with Extreme Networks, specifically utilizing copy-paste commands.
- Certifications: Net+ Certification and/or Sec+ Certification.
