Job Description: RPA Developer

Summary: We are searching for a skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist to join our team for an onsite role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Automation Anywhere (both On-Premises and Cloud) and the ability to understand both functional and non-functional requirements to create detailed solution architectures and design documents. This position demands a proactive individual who can actively engage with stakeholders throughout the RPA lifecycle, addressing complex issues and guaranteeing successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with Business Analysts to thoroughly understand both functional and non-functional requirements by reviewing specifications, and then translate them into comprehensive solution architectures and design documents.
Solution Development: Design and develop robust solutions for complex implementations, considering application, network, and other challenges based on the client's IT environment.
Automation Anywhere Expertise: Utilize advanced knowledge of Automation Anywhere (On-Premises and Cloud) to effectively develop and implement RPA solutions.
Process Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate identified processes for automation potential, ensuring they align with business objectives and are feasible to implement.
Client Guidance: Provide expert guidance to clients regarding RPA solution setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, assisting in debugging any issues that may arise.
Impact Analysis and Design: Conduct impact analysis and develop detailed design specifications that align with high-level designs, ensuring all artifacts (code, documentation, unit test scripts) meet quality standards.
Implementation Support: Lead and execute "Go Live" activities according to the implementation plan, facilitating a smooth transition to production.
Proactive Issue Management: Identify and address potential issues and risks early in the project lifecycle, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to resolve them.
Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with clients, process owners, and other stakeholders throughout the RPA lifecycle, clearly communicating complexities, providing insights, and supporting decision-making.
Qualifications:
Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in RPA, particularly with Automation Anywhere (On-Premises and Cloud).
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of solution architecture, design documentation, impact analysis, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and guide the team through complex implementations.
Preferred:
Certifications: Automation Anywhere certification is highly desirable.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in industries with high automation needs is a plus.
