MUST HAVE WORKED AS A LEAD FOR THE MOST RECENT 3 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE

Must have 3 or more years of LEAD experience

Must have perfect communication skills

Experience working on a large implementation

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO ALIGN DATA TO DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

Oracle techno-functional consultants perform a variety of tasks, including:

  • Business requirements: Gathering business requirements and mapping business processes
  • Technical design: Translating business requirements into technical designs, implementations, and documentation
  • Code development: Developing, testing, and deploying code
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting production issues, especially at month-end and quarter-end
  • Technical solutions: Planning, scoping, and creating technical solutions for implementation projects
  • Technical support: Providing support for integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Knowledge transfer: Actively transferring knowledge within the Oracle team and to end users
  • New solutions: Researching and evaluating new and alternative solutions and technologies
  • Reporting: Helping to build and move forward reporting requirements
  • Legacy systems: Help to drive and complete legacy systems integrations
  • Data migration: Helping with data migration

Oracle techno-functional consultants should have strong technical skills and experience with Oracle development tools, such as SQL Plus and PL/SQL. They should also be able to work independently with cross-functional teams, business users, technical teams, and change management teams
