Job Details

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Seven (7) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a Senior PM of one or more large or complex projects.
2. Possess (a) a bachelor s degree, and (b) a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
3. Five (5) years of experience in engaging with users, partners, stakeholders, and executives through a range of channels to understand and communicate project progress against milestones and targets, and obtaining department/agency business approvals and sign-off.

Desirable Qualifications:
4. Experience centralizing project management services to strategically manage project changes, risk and issues for the portfolio of projects in collaboration with executives.
5. Experience developing Statement of Work, Requests for Offers, and contract amendments.
6. Experience advancing project management disciplines within project teams, defining the processes, procedures, and best practices for consistent project success throughout the organization.
7. Experience in project management framework and methodology, including project alignment, across all programs, portfolio-level risk management, ensuring executives understand the impact on the entire department.
8. Experience with delivering services and products to align with project/business outcomes.
