Position Overview: Are you a seasoned business development leader with a passion for data-driven solutions? We re looking for a Business Development Director with 12 to 15 years of experience to lead our Digital and Analytics initiatives across the USA. This is a pivotal role where you ll generate opportunities, close impactful sales, and forge lasting strategic relationships with clients.
What You ll Do: Drive Opportunity Creation:
Identify and unlock new business opportunities in the dynamic Digital and Analytics landscape.
Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach and networking.
Nurture Client Relationships:
Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with clients in industries such as manufacturing, retail, and logistics.
Engage deeply with clients to understand their unique needs, delivering customized solutions that create tangible business value.
Lead the Sales Cycle:
Take charge of the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals that resonate with client objectives.
Engage with the Market:
Attend industry conferences and networking events to showcase our capabilities and expand your professional network.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform your sales strategies.
Articulate Value Proposition:
Clearly communicate the benefits of our data management, analytics, and AI/ML solutions to prospective clients.
Leverage your financial acumen to structure winning proposals that highlight ROI and strategic benefits.
What You Bring: Proven Experience:
12 to 15 years in business development within Digital and Analytics, with a track record of closing significant deals and nurturing client relationships.
Deep understanding of data management principles, including master data management, data storage solutions (data lakes, data warehouses), and analytics.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with leading data management and analytics tools such as Talend, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
Experience in selling data engineering and business intelligence services.
Strong Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on creating value for clients.
High energy, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive results.
Educational Background:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
