Senior Infrastructure Project Manager - Remote

POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Make sure that the organization's needs are met as projects evolve.
• Oversee project procurement management.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e. g. contracts and terms of agreement).
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and network designers to understand network requirements and objectives.
• Help prepare budgets.Must have technical PM experience in projects related to Technical Refresh New BuildsSite consolidations Pharma background is preferred.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting network diagrams, floor plans, and blueprints.
• Knowledge and experience in creating detailed structured cabling designs and plans, including cable pathways, equipment layout, and network configurations.
• WAN links deployments.
• Installation, termination, and testing of copper and fiber optic cable connectors, and related network equipment.
• Efficient mounting and configuration of network racks, cabinets, and patch panels.
• Cable laying/pulling, dressing, labeling, and cable management to ensure a clean and organized installation.
• Data Center infrastructure commissioning like WiFi APs, CCTV, L2/L3 Switches, Routers, IP PBX, etc.
• Working knowledge about Servers and network equipment will be preferred.
