POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that the organization's needs are met as projects evolve.
- Oversee project procurement management.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e. g. contracts and terms of agreement).
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and network designers to understand network requirements and objectives.
- Help prepare budgets.Must have technical PM experience in projects related to Technical Refresh New BuildsSite consolidations Pharma background is preferred.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting network diagrams, floor plans, and blueprints.
- Knowledge and experience in creating detailed structured cabling designs and plans, including cable pathways, equipment layout, and network configurations.
- WAN links deployments.
- Installation, termination, and testing of copper and fiber optic cable connectors, and related network equipment.
- Efficient mounting and configuration of network racks, cabinets, and patch panels.
- Cable laying/pulling, dressing, labeling, and cable management to ensure a clean and organized installation.
- Data Center infrastructure commissioning like WiFi APs, CCTV, L2/L3 Switches, Routers, IP PBX, etc.
- Working knowledge about Servers and network equipment will be preferred.
