Job Description
- Learn and master Digital platform products for implementation and development.
- Build innovative user interfaces using Jutro (design system and front-end framework).
- Collaborate with User Experience, Business Analysts, and InsuranceSuite implementation teams.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions tailored to the P&C insurance industry.
- Advocate for adhering to Digital out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Ensure optimal time-to-market and facilitate future upgrades.
Required Experience and Skills
- 2-3 years of software development experience with web technologies.
- Experience migrating AngularJS applications to React.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React framework (at least 1 year of React experience).
- Knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) (beneficial).
- Experience with or willingness to learn Jutro, the digital design system.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, SASS, and other look-and-feel technologies.
- Experience with automated unit testing (Jest/Enzyme or similar frameworks).
- Exposure to server-side technologies (JSON/RPC, REST).
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
- Software development lifecycle exposure (Agile) preferred.
Certifications
- Relevant Guidewire Certifications (ACE, Specialist, Associate, or Professional) in On-premises or Cloud implementations.
