Job Details

Description
Client is looking to bring on a helpdesk technician for 3 months. They will have end users coming back and a large spike in ticket volume. They use Team Dynamix as their ticketing system, supporting hardware and software for end users. Typical volume for the desk is 300-400 calls / day, they have 7 full time employees and 12 part time workers.
This team is the 1st line of defense for all technical issues. They can escalate to different teams as necessary, but expected to handle incoming calls for hardware issues, software issues, connectivity issues and access issues.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00
