We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Lead Generation & Product Communications to join our Advisor Growth team in our Pershing line of business. This role is located in Jersey City, NJ or New York, NY offices (HYBRID


In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Market Analysis and Strategy Development


  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to market financial advice and wealth management solutions to consumers

  • Develop the product positioning for individual target audiences

  • Create a compelling end-to-end product communications strategy across the journey, touching multiple target groups including partners, consumers and RIAs




Content and Partnerships


  • Craft engaging content to support the product communications strategy, including branding and messaging

  • Drive consumers through the purchase funnel using personalization techniques to increase conversion

  • Execute on strategic partnerships, including contractual requirements for marketing impressions, content placement and top-of-the funnel optimization




Execution and Measurement


  • Drive execution leveraging third parties and a network of internal subject-matter experts

  • Implement a robust plan to measure success and optimize performance



To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:


  • Proven experience in B2B, B2B2B and DTC environments

  • Strong analytical skills to quickly assess market dynamics

  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution

  • Exceptional communications and content development abilities

  • Expertise in partnership management and establishing commitments

  • A self-starter with the ability to operate independently as well as lead and coordinate diverse teams, include external agencies and internal experts

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $139,000 and $273,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
