Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist
Location: Bay Area CA - Remote

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Trade show coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating the company tradshow participation that enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in organizing trade shows, background in both traditional and digital marketing, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, marketing events and webinars to engage customers and promote brand presence.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Participate in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote technical products, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the trade show budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
