  • Employ bioinformatics analysis of complex datasets to interpret and visualize data and effectively communicate results to cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and perform quantitative LCMS assays for various molecular modalities.
  • Be able to troubleshoot independently when instrument or assay problems arise.
  • Other responsibilities will include basic biochemistry research, electronic laboratory notebook keeping and communication of results to project teams.

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully developing or implementing LCMS methods for metabolomics and lipidomics is strongly preferred.
  • Experience conducting metabolic flux analysis using stable isotope tracing to probe metabolic pathway activity is desirable.
  • Fluency in Python and/or R, as well as the relevant techniques required for statistical analysis, data processing and visualization.
  • Hands on experience in sample preparation (biological processing, tissue homogenization, immunoaffinity capture, enzymatic digestion, SPE etc.) and experience with automated platforms (AssayMAP Bravo, Tecan etc.).
  • Hands on experience in various HPLC, CE, and Mass Spec instruments is preferred, such as high-flow LC, micro-flow LC, nanoflow LC, QQQ, ToF, Orbitrap, etc.
