As an SAP Functional SME you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on an SAP Functional SME joining our team to utilize your strong functional knowledge of SAP in the Federal Financial modules including Travel/Concur, Pcard (purchase card) and/or Procurement for Public Sector.
How a SAP Functional SME will Make an Impact:
- Utilize your strong functional knowledge of SAP in the Federal Financial modules including FI/CO, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting(AM), Funds Management(BCS/FM), Procurement for Public Sector (SRM/PPS), Budget Planning System (BPS) (Budget formulation and 3-year rolling forecast, BW/BOBJ (FI/CO, BCS/FM, MM, AM, IdM reports) SRM/PPS reporting, Tax/travel SAP functional, SAP HR/Payroll, Purchase Card (Pcard) etc.
- Employ your hands on experience in the design of SAP solutions, confirming configuration, leading planning and development, testing, training, and deployment preparation, working closely with cross functional team.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle implementations, including configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
What You ll Need to Succeed:
Education:
- Advanced Degree OR equivalent experience acceptable
Required Experience:
- 15 years proven experience as a SAP functional lead consultant.
- Experience managing and leading functional and technical teams. Hands-on experience in the migration of SAP solution/s to S/4HANA, to include a Federal government experience.
- Functional in either Travel/CONCUR, Purchase Card, PCard or Procurement for Public Sector (PPS)
- SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
- SAP Functional SME experience with the analysis, design, configuration, test and deployment of SAP Federal Financial modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Project management skills for leading migration projects.
Required Technical Skills:
- Experience managing and leading functional and technical teams. Hands-on experience in the migration of SAP solution/s to S/4HANA, to include a Federal government experience.
- Functional in either Travel/CONCUR, Purchase Card, PCard or Procurement for Public Sector (PPS) is highly desirable.
