Zensar is seeking a Workday Reporting & Prism Analyst in USA and %100 remote Role. This is open for Full time with excellent benefits and Contract role as well with outstanding growth opportunities.

Workday Reporting & Prism Analyst- Remote

Experience --8 to 10 years

Job Description:
A role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Workday's native analytics tool, "Prism Analytics," to extract actionable insights from HR and business data, requiring strong understanding of Workday data structures, reporting capabilities, and data analysis skills to translate complex business needs into effective reports for stakeholders

Expertise in Workday HCM modules (core HR, payroll, time tracking, etc.) and understanding of Workday data structures.
Deep understanding of Prism features, including data blending, calculations, data visualization options, and reporting capabilities.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights from complex datasets.
Familiarity with SQL, data manipulation techniques, and potentially other data integration tools.
Effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
