Product Analyst
Locaation: 100% remote

The opportunity:
We are looking for a Product Analyst with strong foundational experience to join the
Document Cloud Customer Zero team! If you love collaboration, problem-solving, and
writing communications, this role may be a great fit for you! The ideal candidate will
help lead large and complex projects, be comfortable putting together & leading
presentations, and will possess the skills to interact, collaborate, and impact various
personalities and functions, including stakeholders at the VP and Director levels,
internal customers, engineers, support, and product management.
What you'll need to succeed:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: comfortable leading meetings,
creating relationships, writing newsletters, documenting use cases, assisting with
user outreach
Skilled in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Ability to effectively explain and demo technology to users
Ability to understand complex issues to loop in appropriate resources
An organized and curious self-starter who is inventive and able to work on
projects with minimal mentorship
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to build
clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and
data
Ability to work in a global environment and work remotely with distributed teams
Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritizing across multiple projects at the same time
Strong attention to detail
Ability to summarize and communicate effectively at the executive level
Preferred but not required: experience using Acrobat and Acrobat Sign, familiar
with APIs, AI tools, and Power Automate
Responsibilities:
Partner with Customer Zero Product Manager and Product Analyst to provide
day-to-day tactical objectives
Provide insights and contribute to the team's strategic direction. Help expand Customer Zero use cases to ensure alignment with Product, Sales
and Engineering for new and existing features
Document and track customer feature requests & feedback and present or relay
to internal teams in a professional manner
Prepare Executive-ready presentations, newsletters, and communications
Lead key internal customer meetings, often with Senior leaders in attendance
Act as an internal consultant/evangelist for Document Cloud & Document Cloud
Customer Zero
Partner with and knowledge share across our internal customers and partners
Document use cases and share with Sales & stakeholders
Assist with key stakeholder and internal customer meetings
Help address internal customer tickets and issues using ServiceNow, looping in
supporting teams where needed
Help track team projects and keep system up to date
Education
Ideal candidates will have one of the following: B.S. Degree or comparable
