Boomi / Master Data Hub (MDH) Integration Lead

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Boomi / Master Data Hub (MDH) Integration Lead with extensive experience in Boomi, MDH, SQL, and project management. This individual must be a strong communicator capable of working across cross-functionally and executive leadership while driving integration projects forward.

The ideal candidate will have a liaison mindset, bridging the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and upper management to ensure smooth communication and execution of integration projects.

This role is contract-to-hire.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Boomi & MDH Integration Leadership

• Design, develop, and maintain Boomi integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between NetSuite, Salesforce, Concur, UKG, and other enterprise systems.
• Manage and oversee Master Data Hub (MDH) initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and governance across business-critical records (customers, vendors, projects).
• Work alongside an MDH technical specialist, providing hands-on project management expertise in MDH implementation and optimization.

2. Liaison & Cross-Functional Communication

• Act as the Development Liaison ensuring clear communication and alignment on integration projects.
• Work closely with C-suite executives and department leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bridge the gap between development teams and internal stakeholders, resolving communication challenges.

3. Project Management & Execution

• Own and drive integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring a structured approach.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation of new system integrations, such as onboarding new manufacturing plants into NetSuite via Boomi.
• Utilize JIRA and follow Waterfall methodologies to track project milestones and ensure timely delivery.

4. SQL & Data Analysis Support

• Leverage SQL expertise to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize data flows.
• Assist in data transformation, cleansing, and migration efforts to ensure high-quality integrations.
• Support reporting and analytics teams with data extraction and manipulation as needed.

5. Mentorship & Team Support

• Mentor junior developers and team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices in Boomi, MDH, and integration development.
• Provide guidance on technical approaches, troubleshooting strategies, and project execution.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional IT experience with a focus on enterprise integrations.
• 5+ years of hands-on Boomi experience, specializing in system integration.
• 5+ years of proven experience working with MDH-must have hands-on project management experience utilizing Master Data Hub.
• Strong liaison experience-ability to facilitate communication between business and technical teams, acting as a bridge between leadership and development teams.
• Excellent communication skills-must be able to effectively engage with C-suite executives, business stakeholders, and internal teams.
• SQL expertise-strong ability to analyze data, troubleshoot integration issues, and support data transformations.
• Project management skills-experience leading and managing integration initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Must have experience with NetSuite-critical for success in this role.
• Experience with Salesforce, Concur, and UKG integrations.
• Strong data mindset with excellent business communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a Waterfall environment, using JIRA for tracking and execution.
• Experience mentoring or leading small development teams.
