Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Technology Business Systems Analyst to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a Contract-to-long-term position for a high-growth SaaS company, offering an opportunity to transition into an ongoing role. The ideal candidate will play a critical role at the intersection of marketing and technology, driving initiatives related to demand generation, sales development, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Demand Generation and Sales Development teams to plan and execute marketing projects.
Manage and optimize Marketo systems, including scoring models and system configurations.
Address and resolve marketing automation issues while responding to stakeholder requests.
Ensure accurate data mapping between Marketo and Salesforce, maintaining seamless integration.
Lead integration efforts between marketing platforms, leveraging native connectors.
Provide strategic insights into marketing technology decisions, emphasizing both execution and purpose.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and workflows for marketing systems.
Contribute to building and refining the consent management framework, with experience in Transcend considered a plus.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration through Slack and team working sessions.
Participate in discussions around LeanData and other Martech stack components.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience as a Marketing Operations lead or Business Systems Analyst in a SaaS environment, preferably in startups.
Hands-on expertise with Marketo, Salesforce, and other marketing tools such as Customer.io, Outreach, and Slack.
Familiarity with LeanData and consent management platforms, with Transcend experience being a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within a team environment.
Proven experience with both B2B and B2C marketing funnels is highly desirable.
Strong documentation skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Collaborative and detail-oriented attitude, fitting seamlessly into a team-oriented culture.
Strategic thinking capabilities with a deep understanding of marketing architecture.
