Job Details

Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: 100% Remote within the Northeastern Region

Description:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will measure, analyze, and forecast performance in alignment with organizational goals. This role focuses on utilizing data visualization tools to support strategic decision-making, optimize business practices, and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, expertise in business intelligence tools, and experience with financial and operational analysis.

Responsibilities:
Measure, analyze, and forecast performance to align with operating plans.
Develop data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools.
Support strategic and financial planning through long-range operational models.
Perform financial modeling and business forecasting to meet business objectives.
Optimize operations and business practices using analytical insights.
Manage multiple internal analytical projects simultaneously.
Create and evaluate data sources and visualizations for diverse business needs.
Develop solutions to complex problems using limited information and precedents.
Provide training and documentation for business intelligence tools and solutions.

What You ll Do:
Perform data analysis and interpretation.
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions.
Model and integrate data for effective analysis.
Gather business requirements to align with data strategies.
Collaborate with teams for insights and strategy execution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep).
Proven expertise in creating dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and patterns from large datasets.
Proficiency in financial and business management reporting for operational insights.
Strong project management skills for handling multiple concurrent projects.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrated attention to detail and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.

Pay range: $70k-$100k/year
