What will you be doing?

The IT Financial Operations team uses a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the continued build-out of our enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:
As a member of our Human Resources and Incentive Compensation team, you will:
- Work closely with analysts, developers, and architects to ensure development meets requirements and delivers optimal
- Debug issues in the production environment and be part of production support.
- Work in an agile/scaled team - plan, prioritize, design, test, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of solutions.
- Embrace the opportunity to expand your skillset both functionally and technically.
- Take complete ownership of your work with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.
- Participation in testing with analysts and business
- Create technical design and support documentation.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in IT or related field
- Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Management Information System
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA in a full life cycle implementation with recent releases of SAP, either in a client-facing role or in an internal consulting role
- 7+ years of Oracle application development experience
- Must have the ability to analyze, design, build, test, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 andOracle Cloud ERP applications
- Significant technical hands-on with tools/technologies like SQL, PLSQL, XML/BI Publisher Reports, Workflows, Oracle Forms/Reports, UNIX Shell scripting, Web ADI, and SQL Loader, is required
- Experience with Oracle SOACS (integration) and Oracle ODI (for ELT) is desired
- Strong Techno-functional experience with Oracle Financial modules like Payables, Receivables, and General Ledger, is a must
- Technical hands-on experience with Oracle Project Accounting modules is preferred
- Gather Requirements in coordination with the functional team, and prepare technical design documents and test scripts
- Analyze complex business processes and perform data modeling, design, and implement technical solutions for Financial/Accounting process areas
- Perform unit testing, and integration testing, and coordinate with business analysts in regression testing, system performance testing, and user acceptance testing
- Direct, delegate, and mentor the technical team in the design, coding, debugging, etc.
- Ensure that the development standards are maintained across deliverables
- Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, and Java is preferred
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Agile or Scaled development methodologies experience a plus
