What will you be doing?

You will work in a very dynamic and challenging environment with a cross-functional team that provides diverse solutions to our business stakeholders and impacts everyone that works at WWT. The IT Financial Operations team uses a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the continued build-out of our enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

As a member of our Human Resources and Incentive Compensation team, you will:
  • Work in an agile/scaled team to plan, prioritize, design, test, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of solutions
  • Analyze complex business processes and perform data modeling, design, and implement technical solutions for Financial/Accounting process areas
  • Gather Requirements in coordination with the functional team and prepare technical design documents and test scripts
  • Debug issues and be part of production support
  • Perform and coordinate with business analysts in regression testing, system performance testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Take complete ownership of your work with the goal of exceeding customer expectations
  • Ensure that the development standards are maintained across deliverables
  • Create technical design and support documentation
  • Direct, delegate, and mentor the technical team in the design, coding, debugging, etc


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using SAP Commissions (Callidus) or SAP S/4HANA in a full lifecycle implementation
  • BS/BA degree in IT or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Technical hands-on experience with tools/technologies like SQL, PLSQL, XML/BI Publisher Reports, Workflows, Oracle Forms/Reports, UNIX Shell scripting, Web ADI, and SQL Loader
  • Technical and functional experience with Oracle Financial modules like Payables, Receivables, and General Ledger
  • Experience with Oracle SOACS (integration) and Oracle ODI (for ELT) is preferred
  • Technical hands-on experience with Oracle Project Accounting modules is preferred
