ROLE TITLE: Guidewire Policy Center Architect
LOCATION: LOCATION: Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas, TX; Fargo, ND; Garden City, NY; Houston, TX; Jacksonville, IL; Lenexa, KS; Los Angeles, CA; Lubbock, TX; Morristown, NJ; Mt Juliet, TN; New York, NY; Purchase, NY; Topeka, KS
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 10+ years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center development, including experience as a Technical Lead on at least three full-scale commercial policy product implementations.
- Demonstrated leadership and post-implementation ownership of Guidewire Policy Center products.
- A minimum of 8 years leading and managing onshore/offshore development teams for Guidewire product implementations.
- Over 10 years of Java development experience, with Guidewire Policy Center certification preferred.
- Expertise in Guidewire APIs, Product Designer, GX Model, and integrations.
- Proven experience with Guidewire Rating engine and configurations.
- Knowledge of Guidewire Renewal API and data migration strategies.
- Familiarity with ALM best practices for code versioning, integration, release management, and maintenance of Guidewire Policy Center products.
- Experience with Guidewire application partitioning and optimization for performance and scalability.
- Proficiency in secure software development practices and architectural standards specific to Guidewire configurations and integrations.
- Experienced with Agile SCRUM methodology and tools (TFS, Rally, JIRA, etc.) in a technical leadership capacity.
- Skilled in managing DevOps processes, including Builds, CI/CD Pipelines, and Version Control.
