Job Title: Database Developer - MS Access & SQL Server (T-SQL, VBA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled MS Access & SQL Developer with 5+ years of experience in T-SQL development, database administration, and MS Access programming. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MS Access 10 (.mdb applications) using Windows Integrated Authentication to interface with SQL Server databases.

This role requires proficiency in T-SQL (Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, UDFs), VBA, DAO (ODBC API), and ADO (OLE DB API) for MS Access development. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with MS Access Report Designer for building custom reports.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize T-SQL queries (Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, UDFs) for database performance.
  • Design and maintain MS Access 10 (.mdb applications) with seamless SQL Server integration.
  • Implement Windows Integrated Authentication for secure database access.
  • Develop and maintain VBA, DAO (ODBC API), and ADO (OLE DB API)-based solutions within MS Access.
  • Create custom reports using MS Access Report Designer to meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues in MS Access and SQL Server environments.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in MS Access and SQL development.
  • Expertise in T-SQL development (Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, UDFs).
  • Hands-on experience with MS Access 10, Windows Integrated Authentication, and SQL Server integration.
  • Proficiency in VBA, DAO (ODBC API), and ADO (OLE DB API).
  • Strong report development skills using MS Access Report Designer.
