Primary Focus: Customer Service Bot Behavior, Testing & Platform Integration
Core AI Stack, Azure, Testing, Security, Fraud Prevention

- Power Apps, Power Automate integration
- Microsoft Graph API usage
- Prompt and behavior testing
- Debugging complex agent issues
- UI/UX integration of AI bots
- AI/ML evaluation and quality assurance

Expected Daily Responsibilities:
- Daily behavior testing and evaluation
- Debugging UI/bot integrations
- Integration with Power Platform, Graph API
- Monitoring live systems, analyzing user interactions
- Communication & reporting agent behavior issues

Daily Workload Distribution:
- Behavior & integration testing (40%)
- Debugging & refinement (30%)
- Monitoring & analysis (20%)
- Integration updates & documentation (10%)

Importance of Testing:
- Focused on real-world scenario tests & adversarial prompts
