Data Integration #2 (IICS) L2 Start Date - September 2, 2024
NYC - look for candidates in and around Tri-states area. Years Experience: 6+ Skills: Soft Skills - batch jobs, real time data exchange, Message flows, incident response, incident resolution. Tool skills - Informatica (CAI/CDI)

Acknowledge Service Now incidents, perform analysis, troubleshoot issue raised for Informatica (CAI/CDI) alerts or faults. Created Problem record and provide Root cause analysis, with tactical and strategic solution.

Performance health check and maintenance activities for Informatica (CAI/CDI) processes in prod

Monitor alerts generated and provide workaround and fix

Create/Modify Informatica (CAI/CDI) processes that are raised for break fix.

Raise vendor tickets with Informatica and escalate to obtain solutions from L4 services. Perform Vendor upgrades as part of Maintenance activity

Develop solutions for incidents, problems, and requests for NGDP Share data share

Unit test solutions in development environments before promotion to QA environment.

Provide estimates for requirements, creation of solution/test case, execution and documentation.

Adhere to the Service Now Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management process

Report on tickets worked, resolved or blockers. Highlight issues/risks or help needed on daily stand-up meeting.
