Description:
- This client has a yearly hardware refresh project where they replace or refurbish between 200-500 devices per year. These are mostly laptops (Lenovo/ MS Surfaces) but will also include other mobile laptops, peripherals and laser printers. The laptop devices will be pre-imaged but the candidate may need to install apps. There is not a set # of expected devices to complete daily/weekly, but they will be tracking consistent progress weekly since they will most likely get involved with other aspects of the support team. This person will also have a hand in normal day to day support functions as needed.
