Position- Python Developer

Location- Fort Worth, TX

Responsibilities: XSOAR:
Develop automation playbooks using either out-of-the-box (or custom) integrations and functions.
Develop forms, fields, mapping, classifiers, custom integrations and automation using scripting language like Python. Having PowerShell experience will be a plus.
Integrate current technologies with XSOAR Platform
Participates in architecture design and analysis work related to security automation.
Troubleshoot issues related to automation processes or tools.
Collaborate with other teams such as network engineering, downstream applications, etc., to ensure that automation solutions are properly integrated.
Catalogue and review any identified security automation use cases with stakeholders.
Lead automation use case/playbook design sessions.
Develop documentation related to automation processes and procedures.
Troubleshooting issues related to automation process, integration, docker container and performance. Python: Design, develop, and maintain complex Python applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using best practices.
Basic liniting and unit testing of Python programs to ensure functionality and resolve issues.
Integrate Python applications with third-party web services, APIs, and databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Configure GitHub workflows to automate code testing, builds, and deployments.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end interfaces.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Python development and front-end technologies.

Qualifications: 2+ Hands on Experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, Azure Databricks, Splunk, Snowflake, CrowdStrike, Microsoft compliance center is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Python Developer, with a focus on complex programming, code testing, and debugging.
Strong product knowledge and capabilites on Cortex XSOAR
Strong proficiency in Python programming language and its libraries/frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
Experience integrating Python applications with third-party web services, APIs, and databases.
Practical knowledge of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Certification in Python programming
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GitHub, and experience configuring workflows.
Detailed knowledge of the automation of cloud, on premise and hybrid environments
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Possesses an understanding of Incident processing, cyber-attack techniques, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices preferred
Be able to communicate technical information in a simplified, easy-to-understand manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge on docker container management and installation.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies
Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and libraries.
Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
