IT Program Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities

• Develop response for various risk and audit issues
• Develop overall action plan development process and workflow for various severity of issues
• Develop detailed action plans for issues identified through various channels, such as Operations, Risk and Audit
• Develop detailed project plans based on action plans and execute them when necessary
• Represent operations team to various approval committees and senior management and secure approvals
• Collect evidence for closure of issues
• Work with appropriate stakeholders for closure of issues
• Communicate the target outcomes, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide visibility into the health of the program
• Establish the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders
• Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
• Coordinate and facilitate the program routines e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
• Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline
• Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
• Ensure that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
• Track the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

• Understanding of implementation of payment technology and controls

Desired skills:

• Collect evidence for closure of issues
• Work with appropriate stakeholders for closure of issues

Pay Range: $57.70 - $65.70
