Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage Oracle Cloud GTM implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Functional Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of global trade management processes, including customs compliance, trade regulations, and supply chain management.
• Oracle Cloud GTM Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Cloud GTM modules such as Customs Management, Trade Compliance, and Global Trade Data Management.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Oracle Cloud GTM to meet client-specific requirements, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
• Data Migration: Oversee data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud GTM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Integration: Integrate Oracle Cloud GTM with other enterprise applications, such as ERP, CRM, and WMS.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize Oracle Cloud GTM.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud GTM implementations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest Oracle Cloud GTM features, enhancements, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud GTM implementation and support.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud GTM modules, data structures, and integration points.
• Functional Skills: Deep understanding of global trade management processes, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide solutions.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Oracle Cloud GTM certifications or related certifications.
• Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries such as manufacturing, retail, or logistics.
• Consulting Experience: Experience working in a consulting environment, providing client-centric solutions.
