- The Relevance team builds machine learning models to power product experiences and item rankings across various surfaces.
The Difference You Will Make:
- Explore, shape, and develop new product experiences alongside engineers and product managers from the relevance team; from ideation to implementation
- Develop prototypes to iteratively validate ideas that push the technical capabilities
- Integrate the capabilities of AI into future products
Your Expertise:
- 3 years of frontend software development experience, with strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Typescript.
- Experience with modern Javascript frameworks such as React
- Experience with backend development using Python or Java
- Experience with SQL and Spark (nice to have)
- Experience with prompt engineering to get the most out of Large Language Models
- Passion for building interactive and delightful user experiences (nice to have a portfolio of prior projects)
Must Have's
Proficient with Frontend tech
a) React / Node are probably required skills
b) AngularJS would be a good nice-to-have but it's easy enough for anybody to pick up on the job
c) Proficient with Python + Java backend development
