We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager II - ITG (Hybrid) based in Nashville, Tennessee. This role operates in the IT industry and involves managing multiple, diverse medium to large projects of high complexity across multiple teams, departments, service centers, and client locations. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Job Description:
Our organization is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with experience working with IT and business executives. This individual will plan, monitor, and manage multiple, diverse, medium to large projects of high complexity. The role requires proactive communication and ownership of project-related risks and issues and may require moderate travel. The successful candidate will also potentially mentor and manage Senior Project Managers or below.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage stakeholder relationships to accomplish project activities.
-Author strategic documents such as project plans, updates and presentations.
-Identify and manage risks and issues, report on project status.
-Manage and monitor completion of deliverables throughout project lifecycle.
-Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
-Apply project controls to ensure high quality and on-schedule projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management and organizational skills, a keen ability to multi-task, and possess financial analysis skills. They must be familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, and have proficiency in MS Office, WebEx, WebEx Teams, and Project Management tools like Microsoft Project.
Requirements
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
-Minimum of 5 years of experience with managing multiple projects; experience in healthcare, financial services, or information systems environments advantageous
-Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
-PMP certification preferred
-LEAN and/or SIX SIGMA certification a plus
