Requirements :
- React Native, client needs someone to establish everything else, development standards, pipelines, how they do mobile development
- Must have experience with code reviews, building pipelines etc.
- Needs to be a good communicator to be able to walk through how to help define architecture, dev standards, pipelines and testing
