Experience, Skills and Key Competencies
At least 10 years of experience with software development, including a background in Agile and Scrum methodologies and program increment planning, experience working with modern architecture principles and design patterns, expertise in Microsoft .NET, C#, Java development, relational database design and querying concepts, experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, React, and experience developing Web APIs and microservice patterns.
Must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to making decisions and driving work forward.
Understanding of containerization and dynamic environment setup, docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of different technology stacks and tools (Net, Azure, Azure Devops, Javascript, Gerkin).
Excellent communication skills, and can effectively tailor messaging to a specific audience or call to action.
Able to provide guidance and coaching to team members in a positive and empowering manner.
Strong business acumen skills with the ability to envision and communicate a big-picture view.
Skilled at bringing about clarity in a complex environment or ambiguous situations.
Adaptable and approach to work, and can adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.
