Job Description:
We are seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect with expertise in bridging enterprise and solution architecture while excelling in customer engagement, proposals, and strategic pursuits. This role demands strong technical and consultative skills to drive Digital Transformation, AI/ML initiatives, and Cloud strategies, combined with the ability to articulate value to customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of technology innovation and business growth, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement and Stakeholder Management
o Collaborate with customers to understand business goals, pain points, and technical challenges.
o Lead workshops, discussions, and presentations to showcase solution capabilities and gather requirements.
- Pre-Sales and Proposal Development
o Work closely with sales and business development teams to craft compelling proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
o Design high-level solution architectures tailored to customer needs, balancing feasibility, cost, and scalability.
o Articulate business value and ROI of proposed solutions during customer meetings and proposal presentations.
- Strategic Pursuit Management
o Take ownership of strategic pursuits, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver winning solutions.
o Develop and present prototypes, proof of concepts (POCs), and demonstrations to validate solutions and gain customer confidence.
o Address customer concerns, objections, and queries with clarity and technical depth.
- Solution Architecture and Design
o Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures that integrate cloud, AI/ML, and digital technologies.
o Ensure alignment with enterprise standards while meeting specific customer requirements.
o Drive the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from ideation to implementation.
- Cloud Strategy and Migration
o Develop cloud adoption strategies, including lift-and-shift, modernization, or hybrid approaches.
o Leverage AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for cost-effective and scalable solutions tailored to customer environments.
- AI/ML and Analytics Integration
o Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML models and advanced analytics for personalized customer experiences, automation, and decision-making.
o Collaborate with data science teams to translate insights into actionable solutions for customers.
- Continuous Learning and Innovation
o Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in Digital, AI/ML, and Cloud.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in solution and enterprise architecture roles, with a strong focus on customer-facing activities.
- Expertise in Digital Transformation, AI/ML frameworks, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Hands-on experience with integration frameworks, APIs, and microservices.
- Proven track record in pre-sales, proposals, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications: TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent.
- Experience in preparing and delivering impactful presentations to C-suite executives and technical audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for tracking opportunities and pursuits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.
