DEVOPS ENGINEER

Key Requirements

• Extensive DevOps Experience: Proven experience in implementing and managing DevOps practices, tools, and automation processes, with a strong focus on continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud services.
• Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience in managing cloud-based infrastructure for scalability, performance, and security.
• Automation and Scripting Skills: Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages such as Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Python, to automate workflows, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and operations, to ensure smooth integration and delivery of software releases.
• Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Experience in setting up and managing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure high application performance and proactive issue resolution.
• Security & Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-based applications, ensuring that DevOps pipelines comply with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Expertise in diagnosing and resolving deployment issues, system bottlenecks, and scaling challenges in production environments.
• Experience: 5+ years

Preferred Qualifications

• Technologies: MuleSoft, Apache Camel, WSO2, IBM Integration Bus, SOAP, REST, JMS, API Management tools, Python, Groovy, Shell Scripting Jira, Git, Jenkins, Splunk, or equivalent monitoring and version control tools
• Certifications:
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer, IBM Integration Bus Certified, or other relevant certifications
