Job Description:

As the Senior Product Manager for Automotive Servicing, you will lead the development and execution of digital products that revolutionize vehicle service operations. Your focus will be on creating solutions that enhance maintenance processes, streamline service operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap:

    • Develop and own the product vision and roadmap for digital automotive servicing solutions.
    • Align product initiatives with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Digital Product Development:

    • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of digital products that improve automotive servicing operations.
    • Oversee the creation of platforms such as online service scheduling, vehicle diagnostics tools, and customer communication systems.
  • Automotive Servicing Expertise:

    • Leverage deep knowledge of automotive service operations, including maintenance schedules, repair processes, and service center workflows.
    • Integrate industry best practices and emerging technologies like telematics, IoT, and predictive maintenance into product development.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement:

    • Focus on delivering exceptional user experiences by implementing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
    • Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to continually refine and improve digital products.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities in automotive servicing.
    • Stay updated on industry developments, including electric vehicle (EV) servicing requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 7-10 years in product management, specifically within the automotive servicing sector.
    • Proven track record of launching successful digital products that enhance automotive service operations.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Strong understanding of digital technologies used in automotive servicing, such as telematics, connected car systems, and service management software.
    • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics applications in vehicle maintenance.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    • Deep expertise in automotive servicing processes, vehicle diagnostics, and maintenance protocols.
