Client is seeking an Oracle EPM Enterprise Performance Management Lead with strong knowledge of ERP finance, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC). Preferred candidates will have experience in both the retail and manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle EPM initiatives, focusing on finance-related modules.
- Utilize expertise in Oracle EBS, particularly in solution architecture.
- Manage and implement Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial performance and reporting.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ERP finance modules within Oracle EBS.
- Experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC).
- Preferred experience in both retail and manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Ability to work onsite 3 days a week.
