Description:
* The Solution Architect is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of enterprise planning and scheduling services, with a focus on integrated business planning and production scheduling solutions.
* This position will lead efforts across areas such as process improvement, system enhancements, service delivery, and incident resolution.
* The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader, able to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions across supply and production planning functions.
* This role encompasses oversight of technology upgrades, new feature implementation, cross-functional coordination, system configuration, and integration.
* The architect will ensure alignment with technical and business standards and foster continuous improvement by gathering and acting on feedback from stakeholders and users.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise planning and scheduling solutions with at least one full-cycle implementation
* Strong experience configuring and deploying enterprise resource planning and production scheduling tools
* Broad understanding of demand planning, supply chain planning, sales and operations planning, and scheduling
* Knowledge of core functionalities in enterprise systems that minimize the need for custom solutions
* Familiarity with integration tools for system synchronization and data exchange
* Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale implementations, upgrades, and migrations
* Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
* Skilled in coordinating system testing, end-user support, change facilitation, and documentation
* Familiar with industry best practices and process optimization in complex business environments
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficient in issue tracking, vendor coordination, and IT roadmap development
* Experience working in consumer goods, manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering); advanced degree or certifications preferred
Desired Skills:
* Familiarity with standardized supply chain or production certification programs
* Understanding of integration solutions across various modules in enterprise platforms
* Knowledge of planning solutions tailored to specific industries such as food and beverage or consumer goods
* Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed
Compensation:
Pay Range: $129500K-$185000K
