1. Cisco WebEX, Broadsoft, Five9, SBC experience

Experience:

• Minimum 5-8 years of related Cisco UC and Unified communication Design and Architect Experinece
• Hands on experience and expertise with the following voice/collaboration technologies including but not limited to SONUS, AudioCodes, Oracle SBC, SIP Trunks and E911
• Hands on experience managing complex, global projects
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Effective in fast decision-making, problem solving and influencing others
• Self-learner, able earn new concepts easily and quickly
• Take initiatives and continuously investigate ways to improve
• Experience trouble shooting and problem resolution skills in working with complex networks
• Strong data analytical skills
• Team player working in an international, virtual, distributed and multi-culture team
• Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• “Make it happen” attitude, inventive, resourceful and flexible in a fast-paced, challenging and ever-changing environment
• Requires 9+ years of technical experience in the field of Unified Communications and/or Telecommunications
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Engineering or other technical field
• Experience with VoIP signaling and media transmission such as SIP
• Familiarity with one or more Contact Center solutions 
• Strong analytical skills, dedication, attention to detail and ability to excel under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technology to streamline operations or increase user satisfaction
• Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
• Basic Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, Networking, Firewall technologies
