Overview
This role is crucial in ensuring seamless IT operations and providing exceptional technical support to our staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

At least 5 years' experience in Desk Side Support (Mandatory to have 1 year of banking experience)
Experience in Batch Management, Patch Exclusion, IT Operation

Chinese Candidate in California Speak English Native and Mandarin or Cantonese
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Assist employees with onboarding and setup of new equipment, including installation of software and configuration of devices.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and help manage software licenses.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and enhancements to existing systems.
Document and track support requests using ticketing systems to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and best practices.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and assist in maintaining data integrity.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
at least 5 years experience in Desk Side Support (Mandatory to have 1 year of banking experience)
Experience in Batch Management, Patch Exclusion, IT Operation
2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a financial services environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
Familiarity with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting of network issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
