Job Description: Salesforce Engineer (Release Management/DevOps with Copado)
Location: Remote Duration: 6months
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer with a focus on Release Management and DevOps processes using Copado. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions while ensuring smooth release management, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, DevOps best practices, and hands-on experience with Copado for automating release management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator
- 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Admin, with a strong focus on DevOps.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Copado for release management and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce).
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata and deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams.
