Mindbank is seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Specialist SR Professional for our client s operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in Bethesda, MD. Successful candidates in this position will have the ability to communicate with executive leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of significant importance to the organization/project. The TSCM professional in this role will establish an internal capability to assess and mitigate any technical/physical security concern related to personnel, facilities or information, to include technical support to CI and Insider Threat investigations. In this role you will physically go to the sites conduct all activities (inspections, surveys, and assessments).
Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Specialist SR Responsibilities:
Security, Develop, implement, and maintain TSCM programs and capabilities. Tasks may include but are not limited to:
Conduct physical/technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation.
Conduct Technical Surveillance Countermeasures inspections.
Conduct TEMPEST surveys/assessments and recommend mitigations.
Go to local DC metro intelligence sites and conduct all activities, inspections, surveys, and assessments.
Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements.
Research and development of policy and instruction at Agency and ICD level.
Evaluate and recommend medical device approval or mitigation strategy.
Conduct radio frequency direction finding mission to identify unauthorized transmitting devices.
Provide technical security SME input to designated IC working groups.
Develop and dissemination of workforce education for CI and Sec

Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Specialist SR Requirements:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
TSCM Certified with experience of TEMPEST assessments
Expert level of knowledge of Radio Frequencies, direction finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM procedures and processes
General knowledge of counterintelligence investigations, insider threat operations, physical security and anti-terrorism requirements, cyber security, digital forensic and IT infrastructure.
Typically requires a BA degree and 8 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 10 years of prior relevant experience. Final level will be determined upon the skills, education, and experience of selected candidate.
Minimum 5 year working with or in the IC.
